In this demo, Kim tours the Aaptiv app for iOS. If you’re looking for audio-only workouts guided by professional instructors, this app is a great place to find them. You’ll find a variety of workouts from walking and running to biking, weights, stretching, workouts for pregnancy, and so much more. All workouts are set to music, and you may pick the genres of interest to you. This app requires a paid subscription, but a free trial is available.
