All audio is recorded from a blindness perspective, primarily by two totally blind professional instructors, Chris and Kim Nova. We hope these audios demonstrate the superior quality of our work. This is the recording of our event from April 16, 2020. Because our lives are a bit surreal at the moment, we wanted to compile a list of helpful resources, both free and paid, to assist you in creating more convenience, relaxation and calm. And while much of the info here is time sensitive, all of these resources will still be available to inspire and uplift for a long time to come.
